Situated in the heart of Clayton South, Mediclinic is a family-inclusive general practice. We recognise the value of involving families and carers, and we take a holistic, patient-centred approach to care management and planning. Our friendly clinical and administrative team has been providing professional, quality healthcare across a wide range of medical and support services since 1969.

Our aim is to provide the highest standard of care we can, promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention for every patient. We do not discriminate in the provision of care, and we treat every patient with dignity and respect. We look after the whole person: physical, social and mental health.
Integrated care for complex needs
Our GPs have a special interest in an integrated approach to managing complex cases, where health, wellbeing and life circumstances overlap. Some of our prescribers take part in the MATOD (Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Dependence) mentorship program, and the practice works with the South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network and Melbourne Sexual Health Centre.

An inclusive practice
Mediclinic is LGBTIQ+ friendly and is taking part in Thorne Harbour Health’s All Are Welcome project. We are sex-worker friendly, welcome international students, and our clinicians speak Mandarin, Shanghainese, Malay and German. If you need an interpreter, we can arrange the free Translating and Interpreting Service.
