Mediclinic is a mixed billing practice. Private fees are normally paid at reception on the day of your appointment. If you have an outstanding account, you can pay by phone or at reception.
- By phone: call reception on (03) 9544 1555.
- In person: at reception during opening hours.
- Online: if you received a payment link, please quote your full name in the payment reference.

Who is eligible for bulk billing?
Some practitioners bulk bill eligible patients at their discretion. See our fees page for the full list. If your concession card does not validate on the day of your appointment, you will need to pay the private fee.
