If you live or work in Clayton South, Mediclinic is your local GP. We’re on Audsley Street, just off Centre Road, and have provided care in this community since 1969. Our team includes GPs, Nurse Practitioners, nurses and onsite allied health. You can often get your consultation, blood tests and follow-up care in one building.

Clayton South is a mix of quiet residential streets and busy industrial areas. Our own street is lined with warehouses and workshops. That means we see two kinds of patients every day: local families and older residents, and people who work in the area.
For people who live nearby, we provide everyday general and family medicine. That covers check-ups, illness, children’s health, women’s health, and care for long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma and heart disease.
For people who work in the local industrial precinct, we offer employment medicals. These include pre-employment checks, urine drug screening, spirometry, asbestos and lead screening, and commercial driver medicals. Being close to work can make it easier to fit an appointment around a shift.

By car: Turn into Audsley Street from Centre Road. We’re the first building on the left. Google Maps sometimes sends people further down the street, so look for our logo on the building. There’s free onsite parking.
By train: Clayton station is roughly a 10-minute walk away. Westall station, also in Clayton South, is a short bus or car trip.
By bus: Several bus routes run along Centre Road and Clayton Road. Use the PTV journey planner to find the best stop.
From most parts of Clayton South, the drive is only a few minutes. Westall Road, Clayton Road and Centre Road all lead here.
Opening hours and booking

Mediclinic is a mixed-billing practice. Bulk billing is at the practitioner’s discretion for some eligible patients, including children, people aged 65 and over, concession card holders and DVA card holders. See our fees page.
